Internal Tools Platform
ToolHub
From one person's efficiency hack to an entire team's creative platform.
100+ tools, built and shared by the team.
Origin Story
In 2023, AI started changing how we write code. Our team faced a familiar problem: everyone had their own pain points — one person spent hours on format conversions, another manually generated reports, someone else was blocked by tedious deployment workflows.
Instead of waiting for the company to buy an enterprise solution, we asked: what if everyone could use AI to build their own fix?
That's how ToolHub was born — a platform where team members freely upload, share, and use each other's micro-tools. No complex programming needed. Describe the problem to AI, and you have a working web tool in minutes.

It's Not About Tools. It's About Culture.
The most valuable thing about ToolHub isn't the 100+ tools themselves — it's the mindset shift it created.
When a PM discovers they can build their own calculator with AI.
When a designer creates a Figma plugin and shares it with the whole company.
When a new hire publishes their first tool in week one.
That's what AI adoption actually looks like.
