I manage a 12-person cross-functional engineering team spanning two offices, building digital products for major financial institutions. My team covers frontend, backend, SA, and SRE — we ship everything from online insurance platforms to CMS systems to internal tools.
Since late 2023, I've been driving AI transformation across the company. What started as weekly cross-department AI sharing sessions has grown into 100+ talks, workshops, and hands-on training. The output: 100+ web tools, 30+ automation workflows, a LINE AI bot that evolved into a full agent system, and a 45x improvement in design-to-code speed.
Before Neux, I spent nearly five years at a major insurance company in their IT division, leading an e-commerce engineering team of 5–8 people responsible for 8 production systems. I brought in Git workflows, Jenkins CI/CD, automated builds, and security scanning — the infrastructure that let the team move faster without breaking things.
My path into software was unconventional. I started as an optical R&D engineer after grad school in physics, designing lightguide plates for display panels. When I wrote a VBA script that cut a department's workload by 90%, I realized software was where I could create the most leverage — and I've been building ever since.
